We found our spot!!! The home, with coastal decor , wrap around porch, spectacular backyard with views of the bay and sunset…. Amazing!! Jamie and John with Forgotten Shores never disappoint!! Very accommodating and the properties they manage are always clean and tidy!! WE WILL BE BACK!!

We had a relaxing time at the Shady Oyster. The home was beautiful. The furnishings and decor were really nice. The house was extremely clean. The AC cooled very well. The dock was our favorite place. My sons caught a lot of fish. We will be back.

The house and grounds were clean and very nice. We spent a lot of our time on the back porch and sitting area by the grill. And the beds were very comfortable. We had a really nice time.

This is a very special place that has a 5 Star view of the bay with a beautiful dock that is perfect for sunset viewers. The accommodations were wonderful to include a very nice lit fire pit area with outstanding landscaping. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely be staying at the Shady Oyster!!

We absolutely loved this house! We have always stayed in the same house in Lanark village but we were not able to get it this year. We ran across this one at the last minute and it was great! So great we plan to stay here more in the future! It's absolutely beautiful. Being able to sit on the dock and see the sunsets were my favorite! Sitting on the screened in porch was very relaxing. We can't wait to stay again! A pool would be a great addition for this house! My kids truly enjoyed it but they were hoping we would have a pool where we stayed! I have to add that everyone I talked to from forgotten Shores properties were extremely nice and so much help! Thank you guys so much!

The house and location were better than expected! Private setting with great views of the water and sunset. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Overall, the property was a real treat. 4 of us (adults) stayed there and were very comfortable. The house was nicely furnished, clean and with a well-appointed kitchen.
We did discover termites that came out in the evening and notified the manager that it probably needed treatment. One of the only complaints was the LED lights in the overhead fixtures are too bright and could be toned down some. One of the ceiling fans on the front (bayside) porch was not working and the other one only ran on low speed. Also...there is no hot tub that we could find.

We had a great time, beautiful home, and a terrific view. Couldn’t ask for more. Home was spotless, and had everything we could need. I would recommend this home and I would stay there again. We really loved sitting on the screened porch and down at the glad I chose this property.

Very good experience. Clean, good communication with rental management and beautiful home. Close to the beach, Apalachicola and sits on the bay. The view is spectacular.

This was our annual New Years get away. Our first time to this area. We brought our dog and had a wonderful stay. The house is very comfortable, clean,wonderful back yard and the view cannot be beat. The sunsets we enjoyed were terrific. The kitchen very nice and well stocked with necessary tools.The location great with easy access to St George Island and Apalachicola both.
The upstairs bed was the most comfortable. Eating breakfast on the
screened porch was delightful. We would suggest they add hooks in the bathrooms for bathrobes etc.
Thanks to the owners for even leaving water and food dishes for our dog!

We loved our stay at Bayshore Breeze. We spent most of our time on the large screened in porch. The house was super clean and came with everything you need. A couple of us fished off of the new dock and caught a bunch of fish. We come to SGI several times a year. We would definitely book Bayshore again and would recommend!

We loved our stay at A Dream to See, if I come back this is where I will stay. The only thing that sucked was the hurricane Debby, we had to evacuate for a night, then we returned the next day. This place was the best for our entire family, especially having a pool for the the littles.

We are a family of 13 adults that wanted a week of memories and fun before my grandkids start marrying and growing families of their own. This house was perfect for us! Everyone had plenty of space to spread out and plenty of space to come together for meals and games and fun and laughter! The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils and cookware and a lot of cooks in the kitchen. We could not get hot water in the kitchen at first but management came right out and as it turned out it was operator error. Management check on us frequently to make sure everything was going good and that we were enjoying our stay. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay with a large party.

This property has become our annual family vacation destination. It never disappoints. The house is ideal for our family and everyone feels at home there. The property is always in excellent condition and the location is perfect. The property manager is easy to work with and very responsive to any questions. We are already booked for next year!

Our family of 11 people (6 adults, 5 children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at a Dream to Sea. The house and beach were both beautiful. The elevator was a bonus for moving in and checking out. Every room and bedroom has a great view of the beach. And best of all the beach was not ever crowded. Grocery stores were within 15 miles and easy to get to.

Our family of 15 enjoyed our stay recently. House was as described and very comfortable for our needs. Location is great with easy beach access. This is our second year of SGI vacation and we look forward to returning next year! We did experience an issue with air conditioning on 2nd floor but maintenance was super prompt and helpful checking up on us multiple times through our stay. Highly satisfied with the property, reservation management, and maintenance attention.

The house is amazing and the view is spectacular! The kitchen is well equipped, beds are very comfortable and beach towels are included. The elevator is a huge bonus for getting luggage into the house. I highly recommend watching the sunrise and sunsets from any of the balconies! The girls at Forgotten Shores are very friendly, helpful and quick to respond.

Absolutely wonderful! The house was perfect. Everything was in very good condition. There was ample room for 13 of us. The open floor plan allowed everyone to interact as dinner was prepared. All bedrooms and baths were were clean, cozy and comfortable. The decks were perfect. The beach, outstanding.

Worked good for our family. No gas grill to cook out /had to use charcoal was a big negative!!!

Great location on a beautiful, quiet and uncrowded streach of beach. The home is spacious with a floorplan that was well suited for our extended family of 10 ranging in age from 72 to 12 years old. The large table in the dining area could seat the entire family as could the seating on the covered porch when dining outside was preferred - both overlooked the ocean. A short 5-minute drive to good restaurants, the lighthouse and ice cream shops. We're a repeat guest at A Dream to Sea and are already looking forward to coming back again.

Jamie was so wonderful to work with!! The house is beautiful, so many amenities, from a fully stocked kitchen to beach towels! I highly recommend renting this house and working with the very caring, considerate staff!

This beautiful home accommodated our group of 3 couples and 3 teenagers very comfortably. Each of the 5 bedrooms has a private bath and the huge master suite on the 4th floor is very luxurious. Beach access is easy and thanks to the glass deck walls the view is great! We also enjoyed the small pool and spacious pool deck. We needed repairs twice and maintenance corrected the problems the day we called each time. The only negative is the elevator does not go to the 4th floor, but we were able to manage the one flight of stairs okay.

Property as described. The interior was clean. A few maintenance issues: towel holder in the upstairs bath was hanging out of the wall, door striping on sliding doors in the upstairs bedroom was detached, the microwave was glitchy, and all of the chairs poolside were broken. Property management was quick to have the microwave fixed; the chairs poolside were not replaced during our stay. The pool was great but stayed full of debris from the palm trees. It was nice to have some shade but not worth the dirty pool. The pool was only cleaned twice during our stay. For the last two days, my children wouldn't swim due to debris at the bottom (debris from palm trees and dead caterpillars). I would recommend either having the pool cleaned daily or providing instructions for renters to backwash as needed; that was our biggest disappointment. Otherwise, the house was amazing and the location was perfect! I would recommend the property to friends and family.

This house was fabulous. The Views from every room was breathtaking. Hard to find a house with a view of the ocean from every bedroom and a balcony. Jamie was wonderful and attended promptly to the few issues that we had. Very accomodating to our Family of 12.

The owners have added so much to this home and have thoughtfully equipped it with many extras, beautiful indoor and outdoor furnishings, and anything you could think of in the kitchen! We went for a family function in the area. House was perfect for what we needed it for. The property manager service was excellent as well. Easy checking check out as well.

Property is gorgeous and location is amazing!The host is the best very communicative and always making sure everything is perfect . This is the second time we stay here and we will definately stay again.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was perfect for the multiple generations. Happily we were ensconced on the top floor and couldn’t even hear the late night poker games etc. going on below. The beach was beautiful and we especially loved the porches. The house was well equipped, clean. Great week!

Balconies on other levels had very comfortable seating and fantastic views also. Beach is great and just a few steps away from the grassed lawn. Elevator is a big plus - especially when moving in and out or after grocery shopping. Great restaurants with carryout available and just a 5 minute drive away. Great dealing with the property manager/management company throughout the reservation process and stay. An all around great choice for our stay.

Was our first trip to St. George Island, and we all really loved it. The house was fantastic. Kitchen was well stocked for eating in. The house was in great shape, and has amazing views and easy access to the beach. Jamie with Forgotten Shores was great - very responsive and easy to work with. We hope to do this trip again!

This is a beautiful clean house.

We truly enjoyed the house and loved the fully stocked kitchen. The layout of the bedrooms is perfect, and we loved the expansive balcony on the main level.
