How To Make a Reservation

Peruse our website for available properties or perform a specific search based on your dates and preferences. When you have found the perfect home for your stay, enter your dates in our availability box as well as the number of adults/children planned to stay and coupon code, if applicable.  Then select 'Book Now'.

Please note, the Saturday/Sunday turn day will apply in busier seasons. If your selected dates do not offer a quote, you may be selecting dates off the normal turn day or selecting less than the minimum night stay.  If you need assistance, please reach out to us.

Step 1:  Reservation Details

You will be provided with a breakdown of charges with optional damage protection insurance and/or travel insurance.  Travel insurance is a smart way to protect your vacation investment.  Remember, cancellations occurring less than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund ONLY if we are able to re-rent the same dates at the same rate.

Enter your personal information

Select your preferred payment method:  credit card or echeck

Enter any comments or special requests (optional, but we always like to hear from you!)

Acknowledge and agree to the general terms and conditions (you will be required to electronically sign the house-specific policies and St. George Plantation Agreement, if applicable)

Step 2:  Secure Payment Details

Enter your payment information into our secure online system

Step 3:  Order Confirmation

Your online request will be processed and your reservation confirmed by our reservation staff within 24 hours.  You will receive an email confirmation with your reservation details and pay schedule, if applicable.  Included with the confirmation will be a house-specific rental agreement (and St. George Plantation Agreement, if applicable) for electronic signature.

Call us at 850-670-1025 for help with availability or to ask questions about specific properties.  We will collect your information and complete your reservation.
