This home allows up to 2 medium-size dogs with advance approval for an additional $150 pet fee.

Please note: No boats, RVs, motor homes allowed to be parked on any lot inside the Sunset Beach to be visible from Sunset Drive or adjacent lots. Watercraft 20' or less can be parked under the home if not visible from Sunset Drive or adjacent lots.
