Welcome to 'Picture Perfect' (OM #J13), a remodeled 1BR/1BA poolside townhome located within the beachside community of 300 Ocean Mile!
This beautifully and thoughtfully decorated townhome is the end-unit of the "J" building in 300 Ocean Mile, closest to the beach! Enter upstairs where you will find the tiled bedroom with King bed, flat screen TV and closet. The bedroom balcony overlooks the driveway and boasts views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Apalachicola Bay. Just outside of the bedroom is the full bathroom with linen closet and combination tub/shower.
The open living area is tiled throughout with a large, flat screen TV and Twin-side sleeper chair (total maximum occupancy is 2 guests). The adjoining sundeck offers views of both the Gulf and community pool and the well-equipped kitchen and dining space has bar seating for 2, a dining table and closet with laundry center.
An easy 45 second walk along the convenient community boardwalk will find your toes in the white sand beaches and Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy community access to multiple park-style charcoal grills, picnic area with tables and loungers and two community swimming pools. A short stroll toward the Bay will find you on the 6.3 mile long Island bike path, where you can explore the length of the Island by foot or bicycle.
Parking for up to 2 vehicles is available underneath J-13 along with space to keep your kayak or SUP board, additional shaded seating and a convenient outdoor shower. Easy walking or bicycling distance to State Park!

We loved our stay at Ocean Mile J-13! Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, easy access to the beach and a quiet complex. We would have liked directions on setting the ac system. It was programmed and we were scared to touch it! Too cool at night and too warm afternoons.

As always, our stay at J-13 was fantastic. It is a great unit, with complete furnishings and a kitchen well supplied. The corner location gives you greater deck space for sitting outside. It is the best location and unit at 300 Ocean. And Forgotten Shores is the best vacation rental group on the Island.

We enjoyed our stay at Picture Perfect. The condo served all of our needs...location, number of rooms, access to nature parks, restaurants, and grocery store. If not for cold weather it would have been a perfect stay. We would suggest having extra blankets available for those cold nights & in case a person wants to use the extra cot.

We loved our stay in Picture Perfect. The unit was in a great location, very close to the beach and pool. It was nicely decorated and clean. The only downside was internet and cell phone coverage was not good. We also did not care for St. George Island. It was overly developed, with not a lot of landscape. While we loved the condo, we would not return to the island.

Our 5th stay at 300 Ocean Mile J-13 was yet experience that cannot be matched. The unit is nicely decorated, fully stocked with everything one needs in the kitchen. It is among the best locations at Ocean Mile --- with a larger deck, as a corner unit. Jamie and her team are the best on the Island. J-13 is steps from the beach. STAY at J-13.

We had a great time as first-time visitors to St. George Island. What a beautiful place. J13 is at the very end of the island, next to the state park, which I loved since it was not busy at all. I ran and biked the state park every morning and it was just lovely. The condo itself was clean, well-appointed, and within steps to the beach. The deck and stairs need some TLC as some of the rails were split and all of it looked pretty weather-beaten. But, we spent most of our time on the beach, so it was fine. I loved the shower at the bottom of the stairs to wash off sandy feet. My only complaint would be the property managers...they were rude, unfriendly, and borderline scary. My teenage children did hop the fence to swim one night, so full-disclosure that it was entirely their fault, but they immediately left when I saw them, however the property managers followed them, and me, and would not let it rest even after a full apology. It was over-the-top to the point that I had to call Forgotten Shores because several of their comments crossed the line. We met several condo owners during our week there and they all echoed my sentiments- that the property managers need to go and act like lunatics, so there's that. But, we would stay again (and hopefully never see them) as it was a wonderful vacation, the condo was just right, and the location can't be beat.

We're so thankful it was a great first visit! You definitely took advantage of some of the great features of the East End during your stay! We regretted to learn of the pool trespassing incident but are grateful that the boys did not end up harming themselves. The pool is locked and closed after hours for cleaning purposes which involves an extremely high level of chlorine that is dangerous to humans and pets. Kids will be kids, but when you factor in the danger of the situation and the liability held by the community managers if something had happened to them, we can understand their upset. Our experience with the community managers has always been friendly and professional otherwise and we assume this will be the same for any guests who are abiding by their listed rules and guidelines. We hope to have you back to SGI!
Great location...close to beach and state park

We loved the location of the condo. End unit just steps to the beach. Very close proximity to St George Island State Park. We ended up setting up on the beach at the state park each day because you had more space to spread out. Beach area in front of condo was more crowded but not as bad as most beach areas. The condo complex itself definitely needs some outdoor maintenance but this specific unit’s inside was updated, clean, and very nice. I would not let the need for maintenance to the complex as a whole stop you from renting this unit. We appreciated receiving text from the rental agency that our condo was ready early. We’ve never had this happen with any other rental. Very nice gesture! We also loved the gear credit we received with our rental and rented bikes with it for the week. We rode bikes close to state park entrance to watch sunset each clear night. The state park is highly recommended. Climbing the lighthouse was fun also. This side of the island is less crowded and quieter which we appreciated.

We've stayed at 300 Ocean Mile nearly 10 times over the years. Several nice units, including many provided by Forgotten Shores. But J-13 is our go-to unit for us. The place is nicely decorated, always clean upon arrival, great location on the beach-side end of the J-Building. This provides a larger deck than other units. This unit has everything. Jamie is the best in the area. She is responsive, but that hardly needs to be called upon --- everything is already good-to-go from the outset. Would not stay anywhere else, if you're looking for a 1-bedroom beach accommodation.

Our third stay was again a great experience. We were happy to see that improvements have been made each year to the unit. We appreciated the addition of the combination lock. The new thermostat took some getting use to. Some instructions should be included in the unit about how to use this. We especially like the location of Picture Perfect on the beach Ocean end of the building providing extra natural light and the wrap-around deck. Ocean Mile is a well maintained and quiet community.

Perfection! That's the word that sums up our week at Picture Perfect. The house is appointed in perfect coastal decor, where it feels like a true home away from home and every room was spotless upon arrival. The condo is located just steps from the beach and it was very easy to maneuver between the condo and the beach area. We hope to stay here again when we visit SGI in the future. We also enjoyed the beach gear access below the condo and loved the fact that there is an actual deck versus sand for a floor as we noticed with many of the others. Made for ease getting chairs, umbrella and bikes in and out. The Beach Pit was one of our fav spots along with the freshest oysters from Lynn's Quality Oysters in East Point, just across the bridge - amazing owner!

The new pillows are great. The kitchen is fully stocked. Sunrise and sunsets are amazing. The beach is literally 40 seconds from your deck. All the shops in the area are locally owned which makes for some great shopping. The art work from the local artists is incredible. A state park is right down the street. You can get there on the bike trail. Overall it's great place to relax and unwind. I highly recommend it. We will be back.

We were very pleased with the condo as described. The unit was very nicely decorated and had all the amenities we needed for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed St. George Island and would return. Ocean Mile was a quiet property. We enjoyed walking the beach and took advantage of the equipment credit to enjoy a pair of beach bikes. The island's two grocery stores provided our food needs for the stay.

We have stayed at several 300 Ocean Mile properties for our post-Christmas trip, but none as nice and appealing as Picture Perfect (J-13). The unit was clean, nicely decorated and had everything one would need for a trip of any length. The unit is nicely updated, with features usually unseen in a small rental unit (e.g. chair-railing, crown molding, wood slat ceilings, etc). Another nice feature was the corner location, putting you closer to the beach, with a larger deck. Finally, Jamie and her team are extraordinarily accommodating --- kind, knowledgeable and professional.
Condo was very cute. Very clean, well stocked and just as pictured. Close proximity to the beach. Received excellent service from the rental management company. Would definitely recommend this unit and we would definitely stay here again.
